Final Post

Well, if I had to pick a topic, I'd say research for pharmaceutical sciences is one of the branches that most hook me together with cell physiology because I like the way it operates, that is, in most cases, it always gets to the point about what to do, and although there are complicated or difficult to understand concepts, the task to develop is simple. Consists mainly of skills for the professional pharmacist.

Also, it has a large number of possibilities in terms of the matter is concerned, and together with a large number of professionals at our disposal willing to teach or guide us, you could say that's why I enjoy it.

I honestly did not have a clear idea regarding this subject, but with the passage of time and with the bouquets that are predecessors to this, a clearer image was created about what to expect.

And finally being studying the branch, I can say that it is one of the more enjoyable branches to the carrier, obviously without counting those that require a lower amount of credits.

Today I'm going to talk about the man who discovered x-rays, Wilhelm Conrad Röntgen, born on March 27, 1845-Munich, was a German mechanical engineer and physicist, from the University of Würzburg, and On November 8, 1895,(He died on February 10, 1923) it produced electromagnetic radiation at wavelengths corresponding to currently called X-rays. Also in the following years, Röntgen published studies "on a new type of rays", which were translated into English, French, Italian, and Russian.

Something remarkable about his person is that he refused to register any patents related to his discovery for ethical reasons. He also did not want the rays to be named after him, although in German X-rays are still known as Röntgenstrahlen. I find that quite admirable in a scientist.

A curious fact about his discovery is about his wife, that about six weeks after his discovery, he took a picture (a radiograph) using X-rays of his wife Anna Bertha's hand. When she saw her skeleton she exclaimed "I have seen my death!".

The pharmacist is one of the most valuables members of society, who deals with the composition, properties, interactions, and proper use and distribution of medicines. Due to knowledge of the mechanism of drugs, the pharmacist understands how they should be used to achieve maximum benefit, minimal side effects, and avoid drug interactions. This is essential to guide other people to better well-being.

I don´t know exactly how I see myself in the future, but probably in the industrial area of pharmacy or investigating to discover new medicines that can be useful for the human race.

My major along with other careers in the health area can contribute to the development of a wide range of drugs and bio-drugs which may be able to improve people's lives and even eliminate some type of ailment in the patient's body.

Although today the training we receive in more chemistry than pharmaceutical, one should not forget his work with people, as a health employee.

When I was looking through my gallery I found quite a few photographs, so I decide to choose this one, related to the English language.

This is an interactive game ,(I don´t remember the exact title) that I called "kurro" because is the name of the red bird on the front of the disk , this game brings me back a lot of memories of my childhood , I remember playing this game when I was a kid , especially the levels of the city and the world.

I found really interesting the kind of game it was, it wasn´t boring. It had a lot of games as alphabet soup, memory, listening and a lot more. I never got the chance to play one of all the games that was the repeat game , in this game I had to repeat the sentence or the word that was said, and because I didn´t have a microphone I couldn´t complete the task (That didn´t stop me from talking to the screen, hahaha).

It isn´t much to talk about the photo, because I took it not long ago, but the memories are still there.

Since I was a child I always liked junk food, but I was never very fond of vegetables, over time that changed and now I eat less junk food and more diverse types of food, but I never say no to one specific food and that is French fries,  they are just a magnificent fried gold. Most people considered them a side dish but I think that they can perfectly be a main course.

The process to make them is simple, first cutting a potato into even strips, which are soaked in cold water to remove the surface starch and thoroughly dried. Finally, they are fried.

As I said before, French fries are junk food so you shouldn´t eat them regularly but just occasionally, besides they contain mainly carbohydrates and combined with all the oil that is used to fry them, the consumer ends with a feeling of being full but this feeling won´t last long, due to the lack of complex carbohydrates.

When I was in school my phone couldn't run more apps than the basic ones that come with the phone, at that moment I realized if I didn´t get a new one I wouldn't be able to do some tasks easier as they should be. I had to make a decision and it took me a month to choose the phone that I could afford and have the best specifications.

Nowadays, I am comfortable with my choice, the response time is just amazing, and I can open multiple taps without my phone getting laggy or just stop working as it is supposed to.

I enjoy watching youtube and Netflix on it, also when I have a test and I need to take a picture of my sheet, my phone takes a nice picture with nice quality on it.

Three years have passed since its launch, and technology in these areas is quite advanced, so I would recommend looking for other devices.

The note 9 is a good phone.

When I was a kid , I didn´t really have a dream job ,besides I didn´t really thought about a career until I was in the last year of my school I knew that I wanted something related to  health and science ,but I never thought about studying chemistry and pharmacy. Although I thought about other career as medical technology but in the end I chose the career that I currently study.

As I said before I don´t have a solid reason to justify why I chose this career, I just felt like it, and until now I don´t regret my decision.

Well ... about the university I can´t say I got the full experience of it because of covid-19 , I have only attended 2 times to the place and I missed some laboratory classes that should be on site ,instead we just had the theory.

Do I see myself having a job? the answer is yes , Where? that´s another story ,because I don´t have that much experience to decide where I would like to work.
